You can examine our production facilities within ESAK ALUMINUM, which offer the desired quality product to its customers at the desired time with the most affordable costs.

Mold Shop

ESAK Aluminum provides technical support to its customers in design and product development, and the molds designed by our technical staff are produced with precision tolerances on CNC controlled machining machines coordinated with high technology CAD / CAM / CEA programs.

Extrusion Press Line

With the aluminum extrusion press line, the aluminum block (billet) is shaped under high pressure and transformed into the designed profile. In this process, the aluminum material is first melted. Then it is passed through the mold with a powerful press and brought to the desired shape.

Electrostatic Powder Coating Facility

Electrostatic Powder Coating is a coating method that has been used in Europe and America since the 1960s and came to Turkey in the late 1980s.

Anodizing Facility

Anodizing is an electrically insulated coating process applied to the surface of aluminum profiles to increase corrosion resistance, provide a soft texture and meet strict hygiene requirements for a decorative surface with aesthetic appearance, long-lasting color and gloss.
